Product Development Manager (m/w/d)

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of new products and features across our various platforms, including web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap for our digital wealth management solutions, in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (e.g., business development, sales, and marketing teams) and our external partners (e.g., technology providers and financial institutions)
Conduct market and user research to identify new product opportunities and provide insights on user needs and behaviours
Develop and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that product features are built to specification and delivered on time
Monitor the performance of existing products and features, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Develop and execute product launch plans, in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital wealth management, and integrate new ideas and approaches into our product development process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in the digital or financial services industry
Strong understanding of digital product development processes, including agile methodologies, product management tools, and software development lifecycles
Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering products on time and within budget
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting market research and analysing user data to inform product development decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, designers, and executives
Fluent in German and English
Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering products on time and within budget
Develop and execute product launch plans, in close collaboration with other teams
Define and manage the product roadmap for our digital wealth management solutions, in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (e.g. CEO, marketing and investment teams) and our external partners (e.g. technology providers and financial institutions)
